Need input or ideas! Die tr, bulking, stalled gains
45yrs old
228 lbs
7 to 8% bf
Cycle 650mg test,450mg deca, 700 Eq, 12.5eod aromasin and i threw dbol in 2 weeks ago at 20mg daily to help bump it a little with trying to reduce water weight.....
I feel like gains have stalled, on coming off injury and l lost a little mass for bf, but my body seems to like where at...
My caloric resting intake via vo2 machine is 2736c
I weigjt Lift daily sometimes twice daily
Do hiit training 4 to 6 times a week
Run very little now, maybe 5 to 8 miles a week (cut this WAY back)
Cut spin class out for the most part
Food consumption 3500 to 4500 daily higher protein and lately carbs then fat....
I have been lifting heavy and lately doing to failure to break it up....
I have gained 4lbs in lean mass in 4 weeks but think it should be much higher and I get to 234 then a day or so later I'm back down...I fluctuate 6 to 8 lbs easily day to day...
I am primarily working on strength and maintaining some speed for a event coming up but I would adjust a little based on advice.....
Goal is 245lbs to 250lbs then cut to a solid 235 at 5% or close too... I just want to be bigger staying cut is relatively easy I walk around at low body fat always have...yes metabolism plays against me...
I eat clean no junk food, my visceral fat is 3/4 lb so I'm clean inside....
You guys have always had some good ideas here and there and I have changed stuff based on reading and found my goals being reached by reading other posts on here...
Figured it was time to ask for some input and help...
