About a month and a half ago I started keto as I adjust I pull out more fats. Recently pulled out all peanut butter.
Breakfast 2scoops whey isolate and one cup liquid egg whites
post workout bacon cheese and low carb tortilla
lunch another shake
dinner 10oz salmon, chicken, or steak and asparagus
Trying to stay away from the scale because the dropping weight gets to me.
Working out 4-6days a week depending on recovery.

Pretty solid work bro, not to discourage but it will get slower as you get down to the nitty gritty.

Thanks bro. As it slows I’ll add in things. Next week I’ll add cardio 20minutes 2-3x a week. When it gets down to the last little bit I’ll add in t3 50mcg. Wanting to get pretty ripped so I can slowly work up to a solid 180-190 without the pot belly.

Did find out on a lowered calories I respond best to heavy training. Was trying a high frequency body parts 3x a week 6 day workout and it ran me into the dirt.
Solid transformation going!! Im an ecto so Im no pro, but Electro would be correct. Also believe to be true with maybe some people, the last bit will be sub q water. Keep at it!!

I do have a pretty good recipe for 80gram protein shake if anybody is interested. Makes dieting a little easier.

That's what I did. It worked great at first. But I started feeling off after about a month. Had to get some pb back in my life.
