Wrong. Increasing or decreasing your fats won’t affect whether or not your in ketosis. Carbs do. It is about the carbs. And the whole point of why protein shakes were created were to cause an insulin spike to shuttle nutrients. If you understand hormones and ketosis, when you have insulin present fat burning is shut off completely and you will be knocked out of ketosis. Your blood sugar shoots up, knocking you out of it, the whole entire point of keto is eliminating insulin spikes and controlling it keeping it as stable as possible. The shakes will you mess you up completely. If your eating more than 10 carbs a day you aren’t doing true keto anyways. 10 is about the limit your body can take in and burn in the same day and go back into burning ketones your fat as fuel, anything else is just a low carb diet.
