training advise
I've Been back lifting for about 2 yrs know but for the last year I've been going 5 days a week 1 hr a day lift Individual muscle group ie. chest, then arms back shoulder,legs repeat was looking for advise. thanks

What kind of advice are you specifically looking for? There's an infinite amount of things if you don't specifically narrow it down.
Though... The most common mistake I see with people is not having a plan or rather not having a good plan. Find yourself a good workout routine. One that progressively over loads the weight, has you pushing your limits in both low rep high weight sets and low weight high rep sets, and an auto-regulating algorithm to adjust the weight when you fail. Something like Renaissance Periodization or Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 are great programs. You also want to consider your goals... Strength? Bodybuilding?
