      keto diet new ratio of fat intake

      i have been eating mostly protein daily then some fat almost 20 to 100 grams less per day i havent weighd in yet to see if the results are better is this okay to do. i am certain my body could just produce more ketones to use my fat stores

      197 grams of protien and 147 grams of fat was lowered to 50 to 130 grams of fat a day not alot of consistency except that their is a ceiling of 147 grams always less i just removed cream or oil from my night time protein shake leaving me feeling full at less then 2000 calories i thought i would keep it at 1900 or more then decided my body could turn to fat for the missing calories also its at 27 carbs or less daily

      Get your carbs under 10 grams a day. Cut protein shakes out completely. ONLY EAT WHEN HUNGRY. Avoid any nut butters, get coconut oil in your diet if it’s not, use only natural butter. If it has hydrogenated oils in it avoid like the plague. Take vitamin b5, chlorella, and apple cider vinegar tabs with one meal a day. Make sure there’s acetic acid in the apple cider vinegar tabs. Make sure you consume 1tsp of Himalayan pink salt ed or eod. Keep your water to a minimum of a gal a day. Add macadamia nuts in if you can get them, cut out other nuts. AVOID: olive oil completely.

      If you want anymore help you gotta tell me what your consuming daily. If you take aminos cut them out completely.

      i cut hydrogenated oils out completely awhile ago the rite thing to say is brign up your fats keeping fats to low takes you out of ketosis its not just about low carbs but about high fat content also not cutting shakes just keeping the cream in them

      Wrong. Increasing or decreasing your fats won’t affect whether or not your in ketosis. Carbs do. It is about the carbs. And the whole point of why protein shakes were created were to cause an insulin spike to shuttle nutrients. If you understand hormones and ketosis, when you have insulin present fat burning is shut off completely and you will be knocked out of ketosis. Your blood sugar shoots up, knocking you out of it, the whole entire point of keto is eliminating insulin spikes and controlling it keeping it as stable as possible. The shakes will you mess you up completely. If your eating more than 10 carbs a day you aren’t doing true keto anyways. 10 is about the limit your body can take in and burn in the same day and go back into burning ketones your fat as fuel, anything else is just a low carb diet.

      Once you are in keto you are keto, as long as you don’t have the presence of carbs. 20 grams of fat or 200 grams of fat won’t change whether you are in keto or not, because with no carbs, no insulin spikes you stay in keto. That’s only assuming when you do eat, it’s a high fat meal, lean meats on keto without fat can also cause the same thing as a protein shake would, an insulin spike. Hormones play into it a lot on keto. You really have to listen to your body to do it right, provided you have the correct information. 99% of YouTube channels about fitness teach wrong, they teach about low carb dieting not true keto and how to do it. I’ve done extensive research on everything, and went and learned for myself what you actually need to do.

      clearly people have not looked into this its a proven medical fact that you have to eat mostly fats to be in ketosis without fats you will go into gycogenisis where your body turns to something other than fat for glucose theirs allot of info on it online you have to have 65% of calories from fat adn 5% or less carbs with 30% protein to be in ketosis you can take in less calories and burn less fat is well known eating just boiled chicken without oil will not cause ketosis look into it its true im getting more keto stix and increasing my fats by allot its going to work well also ketosis makes your liver knows when theirs mostly fat in your stomach and makes the ketones
