What to eat before and after the workout?

For me it depends, if I wake up early to go to the gym I usually eat 5 eggs, one cup of non fat yogurt and a cup of go lean granola. But if I go to the gym after work I usually just eat some granola or something to get me through other wise I feel like I slow down a lot in my workout. Then after my workouts I usually try and eat some chicken/pasta and protein shake
I lift in AM
Eat oatmeal
Chobani w granola
One piece of toast
Wait 45 min then hit gym
After
Eat 4 or 5 eggs w turkey sausages on a roll with chocolate milk
Throughout day eat every like 4 hours and try to drink 3 protein shakes a day in between meals as well
When I eat throughout the day I try to eat a large portion of protein along with some carbs and veggies if possible
