      Lean Bulk Cycle Log

      Gear came in test prop,tren ace and Anadrol. Will be loggin everything. If I like how I look during the bulk I will do the NPC Steve Stone Classic for my first show. Light heavy’s or middleweight. I will try to train doing a bro split and not my usual upper/lower for more focus on weaknesses. Nutrition will be key since I barely eat as is and when I do it’s not clean. Another thing is sodas when im off at work I go through a pack a day and wonder why I break out 🤣 so here goes nothing. TRAINING starts tomorrow!


      Pinned 30mgs of Test Prop,70mgs Tren ace and started to use liquid orals so if I dosed it correctly 1ml of 100mgs.


      Tomorrow is Chest,triceps,back,biceps and 1 shoulder movement
      Physique up dates on Friday

      Hunger definitely hit last night Iknow Anadrol ficks with people appetite but never me lol. 50mg of Anadrol this morning. Breakfast is 2 bagel with cream cheese from 711 and 711 brand Gatorade lol. 50mgs later of Anadrol before workout after work

      I have to wait go grocery shopping on Tuesday (payday) so ima just wing it till then. A few days won’t hurt lol. But cheat days will be twice a for right now. Diet will be the basic stuff

      What’s your main goal and what’s the diet gonna consist of. Lots of knowledgeable people here bro to help u out. I rather see u nail the diet before jumping into a cycle. Doesn’t matter how much u take of something diet will remain number 1. You need help message me if u want I’ll be more than happy to help u

      Did 50mgs Anadrol pre workout. I was flying today lol sucks not training for strength anymore but it feels good to actually have a pump lol
      Hammer strength iso bench 3x8
      Incline hammer strength 3x8
      incline cable fly 3x15
      Triceps pushdown 3x15
      Strict barbell curl with back on wall 3x10
      Lat pulldown 3x10
      Machine row 3x8
      Dumbell pullover 3x12
      Cable side raise superset with front raise 3x15

      Really just ground beef, chicken breast, tuna, brown rice, veggies. I’ve been off cycle for about 2-3 months now but once I get the food this week I’ll be locked in. Diet has always been a struggle I drink way too much soda. When I need help I’ll def reach out cuz Iknow I’ll need it. Goal is to do the Steve stone classic next year first show

      Breakfast 2sasuge egg McMuffin 3 hash browns and large ice coffe, lunch will be jerk chicken with Jamaican fry rice and cabbage have 3 peanut butter sadwhices for snack. Before I leave for my second job will have Oxtail with rice and peas and cabbage, then I’ll need the night with a protein shake.


      ​Did my injection today in the side delt and 50mgs of Anadrol in the morning and will do another 50 at night. No training today will be legs tomorrow

      That’s a little more like it bro! Get them good calories in! Meat, rice and some veggies.. the soda thing used to be an issue for me, I now have a Coke Zero on Sundays.. I eat as clean as possible out here working and prefer Redcons MRE when I can’t get a good meal in. Post workout I always have an MRE shake and then light snack before bed.

      haha Iknow bro I had mad slow start yesterday lol. My appetite is officially open that’s what I was lookin for. Ima have to try the Coke Zero then cuz I when I’m off I can go thru a pack a soda like nothing lo. Do you only drink soda once a week?
      What flavor MRE do you get and how would you compare that to the Vitamin shoppe if you had that
