Popeye: Accountability Log
Applewood smoked kc bbq dry rub chicken. Plan is to make smoked chicken salad. Smoke time approx 5hrs. Wrap in foil half way through.
Decided to split the chicken on the breast side and lay it bone down. Figured it might allow more smoke to penetrate evenly and thoroughly.
4hrs cook time total

I do. Its rough at first. But, you get used to it. The longest I've fasted is 22hrs. That was rough. No supplements either.
As my body adjusts to, more cardio, less cals, the hunger will balance out a little. I'll probably add fasting in at the end of February? Start with 8 working up to 12hr then work up to 18hrs.

That’s a good point u made where start low and work ur way up. Too many ppl just jump straight into a 24hr fast and get sick.
Kinda on the same subject: I got a superfood blend that I’m gonna do my 24 hrs with next month in Feb. Plan is to come off my fast and just do superfoods blends and juicing for another 24-36hrs. Do bodyfat, weight and tape measurements before and after to see the effects. I always feel “reset” when I do a 24 hr one not to mention the health benefits backed by it.
Please keep me posted if u do the fast id like ur input and thoughts on it while ur going through it. Hope it works well for u in Feb/March!
