Kinda on the same subject: I got a superfood blend that I’m gonna do my 24 hrs with next month in Feb. Plan is to come off my fast and just do superfoods blends and juicing for another 24-36hrs. Do bodyfat, weight and tape measurements before and after to see the effects. I always feel “reset” when I do a 24 hr one not to mention the health benefits backed by it.
Please keep me posted if u do the fast id like ur input and thoughts on it while ur going through it. Hope it works well for u in Feb/March!

Last time I really did a good fast was last year and I didnt log much. I do remember leaning out much. But, I looked too skinny and didn't hold much muscle

Was doin barbell curls last night and fucked my wrist up. Will be focusing on calves,ham, abs for a bit until she gets better. Got some hand strength grippers for wallo world. Hopin to make a quick recovery.

Hahahaha. Gettin punched def gets the ball rollin G. Damn mike Tyson was the shit. Was what 20 years old wining his first heavy champ match? Pretty sure he was the youngest to do it.
But he has the funniest voice lol. Pretty cool interview he had with Joe Rogan...if ur into boxing anyway.

Egg white smoothie high cal w/mct oil
Leg day again. Due to wrist injury will be working more legs and maybe some machine movements for upper body. Whatever I can land on that doesn’t put too much pressure on the wrist.
Meal 5 post workout
Bowl of cottage cheese and apple/peach sauce.
