Well not today cause I haven’t done shiz. Worked half a day. Got my tan on and biz taken care of. Good day. Good ppl in my life though it may be a few. Blessed beyond measure. Humble today.

Cauliflower mashed w/ bacon, cheese, and southern spicy beans, butter.

No exercising whatsoever today. Lame duck.

Vitamin Shoppe had a good deal on my favorite protein cookies so picked up a couple boxes. Comes out to around $1.50ish a cookies. If y’all haven’t tried these guys out I recommend doing so. Best tasting cookies, other than the sugary buttery homemade ones, I’ve ever had. Many flavors to choose from. Good nutritional profile also.
