Nailed it and right you are. Been a wild ride off the saddle. Baby steps for me right now. Just being consistent in the gym and with my cardio for a bit. Then tighten up routine til I max out then add some nice (help) to tee it off.

Daily Routine 6 days a week: cardio (stair stepper), core movements, body weight movements (push ups, dips, pull ups, etc). Going for being functional instead of eating big and lifting crazy for size. Taking it easy on the shoulders from a prior injury and wrists from going heavy too quick.

I pop 25-50mg Dbol on occasion
Will be incorporating Winny and Var when it comes it
Diet is clean. Lots of veggies, fuck chicken it Kills my stomach so I go for fish or turkey or lean pork. Limiting beef and alcohol.
Snacks when I feel low on sugar: Oreos (just being real), ginger snaps, cherry garcia Ben and Jerry’s, pretzels, starburst
Some clean veggies: snap peas, broccoli, green beans, carrots, peppers, celery, water chestnuts. Zucchini and mushrooms marinated in teriyaki.
