Cheese waffles —weird but good. Tasted like cheese sticks that u dip in marinara. Definitely a make again

Meal 4
Egg white shake with heavy cream, avocado oil, Pb, and almond milk
Lovin the Sustanon and keto-ish thing. Best I’ve ever felt honestly at this point.

Did you notice any effect to your workouts? Every time I go low carb I don't get the intensity. I'm a big boy by nature and learned over the years that carbs aren't my enemy, I just need to time them correctly and stay away from bad ones. Once my metabolism is kicked into high gear I can process them just fine and stay lean.
Tell me about these cheese waffles!

Yep they are called Chaffles. Just egg and mozzarella. Some recipes call for almond flour.
I like making the batter and frying them flat and baking them to be stiff like bread. Dip in marinara and it’s a good keto type snack.

Well my home body weight exercises have improved. Like pull ups: I’m popping out pull ups like crazy. Legs are always pumped from the cardio machine and I have a ton of energy for cardio
BUT...As far as pushing heavy weight for growth—yeah definitely a major difference. Just not that extra energy there and I will feel rough after my workouts if solely on keto. I’ll stall and not finish sets either.
HOWEVER...If I only consume carbs pre and post workout I actually see a better gain in quality of the routine and strength increase. When I’m done with this semi keto stuff I will be switching to carb timing but still keep my cardio up.

lol like me some funny gym memes.
side note though we have some gyms opening up around here but with special requirements like so many ppl are allowed in at one time and some kinda no touch policy on some equipment—which I’m waiting for ‘hey no sweating allowed’ next.
