Extra 30min cardio after dinner last night
30 min fasted cardio with BCAAs
Trimming massive 12ft tall hedges today should take a few hours.
Meal 1 Eggs and bacon with salsa
Meal 2 kielbasa and zucchini noodles
Meal 3 taco salad no tortilla chips
Meal 4 ribeye and Asia blend veggies
Meal 5 egg white and Pb shake
Starting a new cycle and adding carb timing tomorrow due to back to weight training

Man you and I seem to be similar in a few ways. I thought I was one of the only ones to put salsa on eggs. I started it in Amry boot camp years ago because they tasted like shit and salsa was the only thing I had available to flavor them lol. I've been doing it since, I especially like guacamole salsa on them.
What's the new cycle going to be if I may ask?

Salsa and hot sauce I love it on eggs. Never had guacamole salsa though I don’t think.
Ooo yea I remember military eggs and the sausage links were just horrible. Tasteless junk but I tell ya one thing I came out of boot camp leaner than I ever will be. Then went to the fleet where I discovered all kinds of new things to try haha. That’s where I really got into gear too
Oh for sure I don’t mind to share. Pretty basic little 12 week cycle
500mg test per week
350mg Tren Ace per week at 50mg per day
300mg Mast P per week start at week 8 for 4 weeks
30mg a day Anavar 4 weeks last 4 weeks
Adrol 50mg ED 1st 4-5 weeks
Nolvadex 20mg EOD
Will be finally starting GH some time during the cycle after deciding I’m ready for it and have a plan now. Super excited about GH I’ve been talking to a few ppl on here about it just getting as much info on it as possible.
