Personal notes and recap
Flat DB press no shoulder pain
Flat smith bench press shoulder pain
Anything hammer strength no pain expect wrist from injury
BB Squats pop kneecaps
Machine leg press no pain
Hack squat some pain if not full range
Cable movements for biceps greater pump
DB for triceps better pump but hard on elbows
1hr high output cardio don’t recover from weight training good enough. Moderate is best can output more on weights
Abs 2x week is enough feelin thick
Anabolic French toast rocks. Low fat high protein moderate carbs
High fiber wraps break up plain rice nicely
PB2 to get lower in calories without sacrificing taste too much.
Veterinary grade B complex is cheap and just as good as anything I’ve used.
Sust dosed at 500mg every 7 days feels really good. Sust 250 every 7 day’s feels above normal.
Garden of Life raw zinc 
with extras
Tren at 100mg EOD still fucks with my head. My wife become an evil whore in my head. Tren at 50mg EOD nothing bad
