      Saturday: weak/lagging body parts light.
      Cardio: Wednesday and Saturday. Some Sundays

      Too much trolls movie has been played in my house

      I was doin 4iu and went back to 3iu. Will bump it back up to 4iu next week I’d say. Just gets expensive. HGH is one thing that I will always use from now on.
