The butcher hooked me up with a sexy lookin roast that cooked up perfectly. There is just something about the quality of meat y can get by just spending a tad bit more money and supporting a local business and skill.
5lb boneless chuck roast
Slow cooked with carrots
I would hazard to say how much I have eaten of this today. I have reached my protein needs that for damn sure.
Carbs today’s have been all fruit other than some rice cakes and 1/2c oats.
Incline sit ups 2-3x20-25
Incline Chest Press 7x12-5 pyramid
Machine Flys 5x12-6 pyramid
DB Overhead Press 5x10-5 pyramid
Barbell upright rows 5x12-6 pyramid
Ran out of time on these, but am supposed to be off tomorrow so I’ll be hitting them instead. Will throw in one more tricep movement.
Close grip bench press 5x10-5 pyramid
Barbell wrist curls 5x15-8
Standing calf raises 5x15-8
