Long low and a little to the left brother. Got that g spot curve.. ha! Doing good my man, that mk put damn near 20# on me in a heartbeat Damn near bumped me to 290#, hit 287, overnight it felt like, sitting at 264 now but it hasn’t been without some serious hunger. so I had to drop it, switched to gh, which has been life changing and I don’t ever want to not have it, but carving that 20+# back off has me watching everything I’m eating it and when I’m eating. You know how it goes. Brother anytime you need an ear hit me up I’m always around my friend.

MK is some seriously great stuff and I really enjoyed it (but fuq that hunger) and plan on using it between GH runs. Like you, I’m hooked on GH now and don’t wanna be without. Just won’t happen.

That sushi looks so good right now.
Sushi, Asian stir-fry, and Mexican are my favorite food styles, can't forget home food like deer meat and veggies.

If you find a time to go hunting I’ll take some while ur at it.
Sushi is probably my favorite cheat meal. Easy to digest plus you can eat a shit ton of it and 2 hours later be just as hungry again.

Re feed meal 2
Grilled chicken breast
Candied Yams with marshmallows and cinnamon
So instead of eating totally shitty on a re feed this week I’m just adding stuff to my usual food.
I would usually have rice with chicken but this meal I did sweet yams with a couple of marshmallows melted on top.
Breakfast I just added two slices of cheese to my eggs and English muffins
That way calories are not bumped too high. Slow and steady
