Popeye’s Log
End of maintenance. Easing into to more calories and mass routine. Lost my abs gained a little fat but gained a little mass. Hopefully won’t get fatter. Re working bulk cycle and plan.

I love breads like this during the winter. Easy way to get some calories in and have that homey holiday flavor. Getting Bjs help me burn those calories off though

Sitting at 50mg of test p ED

Jan log will be postponed due to PCT for the entire month using HCG and Clomid. Just to clean out where I’m gonna bulk for an extended period of time. I know I’m not gonna fully recover but it will give my body a break.
