      Ahhh no better feeling than getting back in the ring after a short hiatus…. It happens to the best of us … all part of the growing process of what will be the story of us .. I’m in the exact boat slowly getting ready to fucking go FULL TILT ! ,I mean River season is approaching.. every time this happens to me and I pull myself out of it I actually love it it’s like I’m 16 years old again back in high school going to GNC and getting my 50 pound dog food bag of mega mass 2000 and meal prepping and logging my program.. good God has it really been 30 years..smh lol … welp saddle up cowboy we ride again let’s geooooo get this shit …
