Sitting at 245lb AM and 15% BF

Not logging calories but am keeping fats low and carbs higher. Protein needs to come up a lot.

Doc said for me to relax due to too much stress from this past year. Has wreaked havoc on my mind and body. Live and learn yet again.

Good things to come and finishing strong at the end of the year

The coming holidays will help increase the protein, Christmas ham and new year pork and kielbasa look out here comes Popeye haha.
