Thanks ace. Honestly if it wasn’t for my wife I’d be living off of ramen and tuna haha. I grew up not having dad/son memories so I won’t allow that to happen with my girls. The kitchen is a super fun way to connect with the kids!

Update:
I won’t be posting on accountability on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. I’ve decided to take these days to spend with my family and focus on doing more with them and for them. Life is too short...
My new training split for now is 4 days. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

4:30am
4 pieces turkey sausage
1c egg whites with 1c Raisin Bran Cereal
1 scoop pure pump-just because I love it
work 12 hours today at job
lift at lunch break
no meal planning yet but I know how much I need and stay somewhat clean
1. Natty Test levels are back: nutz are full. Was on cycle for 10-11months and it took 4 months to recover.
2. Was 265lbs 18%bf
3. Ended at 235 Now @ 240lbs 16%bf
4. PCT was Exemestane 10 days 1 month after last pin. After that Nolv EOD til I ran out.
5. Month 3 was bottom but didn’t last long
6. Ate like crap off cycle and only worked out as I could but still did cardio and worked like a dog
7. Rededicated myself to God and back in the Bible still failing every day but at least there is an end to madness
Been hitting gym 4 days a week for a month. Miss not being sore
Ampin up cardio and upping weight
