Popeye’s Log
In the beginning there was food...and this is where I start being accountable. I can’t grow and be as big as I want to be without eating big, smart, and doing it right. So this is my thread for me to track what I eat as good as I can so that I can look in the mirror and back at my progress and say “this is why I do what I do.”
Thanks for all of the support.
So it begins:
Woke up with a head cold but still have to work and get what I want.
1st Meal 0800 Thursday the 3rd of January 2019
>Shake: 8oz egg whites, 4 ice cubes, 1/2 scoop whey, 2 tbsp all natural 100% peanut butter, frozen banana, unsweetened almond milk. (Unsure of calories or macros-not counting yet)
Note:
1/4/19 I forgot to mention I eat anywhere between 4-8 dried plums a day for fiber, vits, and minerals but probably won’t add to this daily logs. Been doing this for about 10 years they are an amazing food.

Meal 5: hot meal
Parm-mayo crusted salmon
Roasted red potatoes
1/2 can mixed veggies
Was going to eat two servings of potatoes for pre workout meal but I still feel like shit and my breathing sucks from being sick so no go.

Got home from work and my wife set this up for us. Replaced the old crappy menu board with this one. Liquid chalk marker never heard of it or seen one but works awesome. Glad she can cook good and stay home to take care of a lot more than I give her credit for. Amazing woman.

Definitely not planned. Especially since I’m not workin out tonight. Sick day treat/setback.
