I train 1 body part a week and hit 8-12 reps per exercise. Im not into HIGH volume nor am I into drop sets. You workout hard doing simple stuff and you'll achieve goals.

I feel ya, so you do pretty much what I have always done. I like this routine, love the simplicity. Maybe if it aint broke, dont fix it. Was just hoping to spice things up but after all these years of lifting I guess Ive tried it all. Thanks for the reply
