Advice / Ideas new training split

Hi guys! I'm already pretty big, not really looking for noob advice on cycling, training and diet.

Diet: I have the meal prep down and count my calories, I know where I need to be to grow and still keep the stomach flat

Cycle: My go to is 1,000-1,300mg test cyp + MK-677. Sometimes I'll throw some other sarms in for fun to see what happens and very rarely Ill add low dose DBOL for 4-6 weeks @ 20 mg. When I get sick of pinning a ton then I run 250-300 mg test per week and cruise. 2 months a yr I come completely off and detox. I don't like any other compounds, lots give me anxiety and BP issues, dizzy, etc. I've tried em all.

Training: I usually do 1 body part a day for 45 min- 1 hr and a little HIIT cardio at the end with my wife before we leave. Usually rest 30 sec- 2 min between sets, based off of the difficulty of the exercise.

Curious, I want to switch it up. What do you guys think of less volume per muscle each day but hit each part 2x per week? Say if I usually do 10-15 sets of 8-12 reps for any given body part maybe do 6-8 sets of 10 reps 2x per week? I vary my sets depending on how I feel, sometimes I can just keep going and I don't get tired (steroids working their magic) and sometimes I don't feel great and cut it short. I try to go by feel but stay in a generous window.

My current 1x per week has gotten me big, I'm officially the big guy in my circles and one of the biggest at my local gym. Everyone who meets me comments on how "big" I am, so I have definitely achieved the look I'm going for. Well I say that but we all know we're never satisfied, I want to be bigger, I know all my imperfections and will never be satisfied.

I'm not saying my routine doesn't work but I'm just feeling like trying something new. Any thoughts? I never bulk or cut I just do a body recomp, I have 300-700 more cals than I need to maintain so I always slowly grow and slowly get lean (cardio and drugs I'm sure speed things up and make the recomp possible). I can switch the volume, maybe get real strict on rest time, switch up my choice exercises, etc.

Whats everyone's favorite, SIMPLE, workout routine? I need to keep it simple, doing tons of math and percentages of my last lift and all that bores me to death haha.

ps Im not trying to sound cocky calling myself big. I used to be super skinny in HS and the Army. Im big for me, not compared to you guys, Ive seen some of your amazing physiques.

I train 1 body part a week and hit 8-12 reps per exercise. Im not into HIGH volume nor am I into drop sets. You workout hard doing simple stuff and you'll achieve goals.

I feel ya, so you do pretty much what I have always done. I like this routine, love the simplicity. Maybe if it aint broke, dont fix it. Was just hoping to spice things up but after all these years of lifting I guess Ive tried it all. Thanks for the reply
