After all the different advice I got on my original post I decided to take some of it. I ditched the intermittent fasting and broke down my original diet that I had posted and against all my feelings added about 1000 to 1200 clean calories in the form of chicken or beef. Holy S!@$!!!! I SMASHED right through that weight/fat loss plateau to the point that my wife today said she can see my abs starting to outline. I wanna thank all you guys for the help. Completely going against my feelings and eating More clean food/calories really was the difference between being stuck and making progress.
