Morning folks. Murdered legs last night. Today and tomorrow are gonna be rough. Especially if there are stairs involved.
Cycle has remained the same. Some big changes coming though. Tren came today. That made me happy! Anyhow, the workout:
Hamstring curls (seated or standing)
2 non-working sets, 15 reps RIR of 5
3 working sets, 10 reps RIR of 1
Barbell squats – narrow stance
1 non working set, 8 reps RIR of 5
3 working sets, 6 reps RIR of 2
Barbell squats – wide stance
1 non working set, 8 reps RIR of 5
3 working sets, 6 reps RIR of 2
Leg press
4 working sets, 12 reps RIR of 1
Leg press calf raises
4 working sets, 12 reps RIR of 1
1 RP set, 12 reps + +
Leg extension
3 working sets, 6 reps RIR of 1
1 RP set, 8 reps + +
As for diet, it remains the exact same as it has been. I eat the same foods at the same times every day. About 3800-4100 cals a day.
Also, hit 200 lbs yesterday. So I’m up 12 pounds.

Yes all I want to do is eat. At 4000 calories I’m staring at the clock until it’s time to eat again. My biggest meal is 1.5 cups rice, 8oz chicken and 2 cups of vegetables. You’d thing it was the first time I’ve ever eaten

Nice. I was. Just wondering cuz I'm about 4 weeks into my primo e and test blast and all I wanna do is eat! My meal prep seems smaller and I'm hungry 10 minutes later!

How much are you eating?

Around 3000 calories. Trying to stay around maintenance. I could prob increase it a.bit now that I'm looking at it. Im trying to find the sweet spot of being able to add lean mass with as little fat as possible.

As long as you push hard in the gym you can get pretty high. I go by my weekly progress pics. So far I’ve been able to stay lean pushing 4K a week.
