So folks...
Crushed a back and bicep workout last night. Kept carbs at a minimum early In the day, with the exception of a slice of wheat bread with my breakfast slin. The GH at 5am has my glucose around 120 before meal 1 at 630 am. A few units of R helps knock me down to keep my body burning fat early in the day. After that, Protein only until about 5pm pre workout.
This is when the muscle building part of the recomp comes. 50g carbs pre workout and then 90-100 post with 10-12 units slin.
Before bed, 50g whey with oats.
On heavy days, I get a bit more protein and 40g carbs extra before bed. This is for my heavy back day and both leg days.
I’m shooting for about 45 days to be leaned out for the summer. Still on high cruise doses of primo and test.
