Sunday update. Still crushing workouts even with the tapering down on gear.
I’m going to bump the primo back up for the last 4 weeks. Probably back to 700/day as well as it’s a bit of tren back in. Test and all the other gear, as well as diet stays the same. I feel great and it’s rime to finish this off. I’m sitting at 200 with 10%, same fat I started with in February. So pound for pound, I’ve added 12 lbs of lean mass.
Gonna hit some am fasted cardio 3x a week with my 5 GH and toss 2iu of slin to keep that sugar nice and low. Hopefully we can finish this off ripped.
Also, yesterday’s leg day was murder. I probably pushed harder than I ever have. Today walking, sitting and standing all suck.
Calipers are the way to go for the average person. I cannot use my $$ for high end tests, I have done em all and found that calipers give me within 1-2% of under water and scans. The most important thing about calipers is having a knowledgeable person doing the test. If money was no object, I’d jump into a cryo chamber! Lol
