Sup folks. So they re arranged my gym. Whoever did it intentionally made it so I have to carry the dumbells as far as possible. I am going to guess that the heiffer in charge of the joint has never so much as looked at a treadmill. Or lettuce, or anything that would remind you of a gym. I will be asking tomorrow when I go in. Nonetheless, lets get logging..
The meds: 50 var/ 50 primo ace in the AM, and the same pre workout. Also threw in some NPP/TPP mix PWO for a little sumpin.
EATS: Waking blood glucose - 84
Meal 1: 2 eggs, 1 cup egg whites, 2 slice Daves Killer bread
Meal 2: 150 grams greek yogurt, 5 oz 93% lean ground beef, 50g whey isolate. I bough vanilla by mistake and now I am suffering through it. Chocolate is the only flavor!
Meal 3: 5 oz chicken breast, 74g thai spicy tuna, 150g greek yogurt.
Pre workout walking into gym: Banana - 4.5 oz
Intra workout: 62g whey iso, 2 scoops highly branched cyclic dextrin, BCAA, 3g salt, 5g nosalt
Post workout - driving home - 1 slice daves killer bread - 2 tbs all natty orange marmalade
Blood glucose here: 94
Post workout: 1.5 cups jasmine rice, 10oz chicken breast
Blood glucose here: 134 - Jackpot
Post post workout: 2 cups frozen cherries blended with 62g whey iso and 2 tbs PB2 - Trying to keep my blood sugar up. Still drinking this while I type so no measure.
Edit: Glucose is 129.
Totals: 3,164 cals consisting of 384 g protein, 319 carbs, 40 fat

The lifts.
Went to the gym for 30 minutes of 3mph walk 12 percent incline on lunch. Fuck cardio. I hate it. treadmills are stupid.
Lifting tonight had to be quick - the warden (8 year old daughter) was in her kids fitness class so I was timed. If I am late, she beats me and berates me for a week. Also makes me buy her candy.
Warm up: Trap raises and delt side raises (DB)
DB shoulder presses: 40x10, 80x7, 70x15
DB curls: 40x12, 50x6, 40x11
BB shrugs, superset with 45 lb plate farmer carries: 225x20, 315x10, 315x8, 225 - Hold to failure
BB curls - bar (45) x 30, 65x15, 45x20
Upright rows: 45x10, 135x12, 135x10
Time to get the warden, gone. Overall feeling great. The var and primo ace keep me feeling nice and full. Despite some tough times and some bullshit I am mentally on fucking point. The TNE/NNE mix really helps on bicep day for me. This is always my toughest day. For some reason I have not motivation to train biceps. I rarely ever train triceps but thats because if I do they get very big very fast and I look like an idiot who trains them to often. Speaking of that, there was a guy at the gym today with arms that had to be 22s with shoulders the size of my daughter. #armdaybruh

Today was my mid week scheduled rest day. Traveled a bit to take care of some biz, fighting this sinus infection like its my bitch and making shit happen.
Waking Glucose today was 84.
Meds: AM 50 var 50 primo ace. Repeat for PM.
Today was rest day food (low carb) as follows:
Breakfast: Strawberry banana power smoothie, 3 eggs, 5 oz 93/7 ground, 1/3 cup mexican blend cheese
Meal 2: 12 oz chicken breast, 31g whey iso
Meal 3: Strawberry banana power smoothie, 8 oz 93% ground beef
Dinner; Angus sirloin 6 oz, Salad with 8 oz chicken breast, half head of lettuce, onion and buffalo sauce.
Totals for the day consisted of 2,366 calories of 343g protein, 43g carbs, 88g fat
Macros: 59/7/34
Blood glucose as I type this is 96.
Macros are not really where I wanted them, besides the fact that carbs are low. Feeling like my sinus' are gonna burst has the appetite a little low and my ability to not eat those steaks just was not there. But its all good. I went into my home gym and did a few sets of straight leg neutral grip chins and a couple sets of leg lifts. Head may feel like shit but my mid section feels tight tonight.

So I think today was the day I whipped that sinus infections ass.
Had a busy but very productive day at work. Food on spot, great leg day. Feeling good and looking forward to attacking Friday head on before the weekend.

Meal 3: 150g greek yogurt, 10 oz chicken breast
Preworkout - Banana
Intra workout: 62g nasty vanilla protein I accidentally bought, 60g highly cyclic dextrin.
On drive home: 1 slice daves killer bread with 2 tbs orange marmalade
Post workout: Half head of lettuce, 10 0z chicken breast, 1.5 cups jasmine rice, 2 tbs greek yogurt cucumber ranch dressing
Post Post workout: 2 cups cherries blended with 93 grams hydrolized whey

The lift: Leg day.
Front Squats: 125x10, 185x8, 135x10
Back squats: 135x10, 225x8, 135x10. For some reason my left knee was hating on squats tonight. I stopped doing any weight a year ago because of this....Will be careful about it.
Leg curls: 105x20, 155x10, 185x8
Leg extensions; 75x10, 105x8, 155x10
Calf presses: 150x20, 250x8 - Cramped up hard, no set 3 today. Fuckin calf cramps are a bitch. Come off that thing like my ass is on fire to stretch that bitch out.
Hit some abs on my way out - cable crunches (kneeling): 110x50, 190x25

Gonna be quick tonight. Got a full belly and its been a long week. Got a nasty snowstorm brewing telling me its early to bed.
Rest Day at the gym.
Hit my regular 3 meals through the first part of the day with my regular primo ace/ var at 100 each.
After work we grabbed a babysitter and headed out for some adult dinner time at a Brazilian streakhouse. I wont even try to guess the amount of protein I consumed within an hour. It was a lot and it was good to the last bite.
300 g of protein, 56 carbs and 43 fat before the feebag came out. Hoping maybe all of it will help heal up these legs of mine I utterly destroyed at the gym last night.
