      The one at my gym is legit. Looks like an X-ray table. They get a couple hundred a pop but I’ve got a credit for a free one so I’ll give it a shot at some point.
      I have had pretty consistent results with calipers.

      Yeah that's a real dexa..... not those stand on here things lol. Idk what those are even called. I never tried calipers.

      They have a place where it's a membership so it isnt too bad. No more than what tanning cost so that's why I go with the dexa. A couple hundred for 1 scan is riduculious. Smh

      Been about a month since my last checking. Coming into the last week of this primo blast. It’s been wonderful. I added 12 pounds of mass (into the recomp stage) and dropped some fat. I learned a ton and thoroughly enjoyed this cycle. I’ll hit vacation, a short summer cruise and head to bulking for the fall.
