Sup guys. Great snowy day here in this winter wonderland. Today was a rest do so nothing major going on. I am going to start working with a coach. I did it once before and had some great results. I am excited for this. I stick to my diet pretty good and am pretty determined in my workouts. However, If i pay for something, like coaching I take it all the more serious (drill is one cheap SOB).

That said, I will run through the foods today. A little on the light side but I am okay with that.

Meal 1: 3 eggs, 1 cup southwestern egg replacement, .5 cup shredded cheese.
Meal 2: 7oz chicken breast, 2 cup fairlife 1 percent milk, 1 cup 1 percent cottage cheese.
Meal 3: 8oz chicken breast, 75 grams whey
Snack: 75 grams whey
Meal 4: Half head lettuce, 4 oz avocado, 10 oz 93 percent ground beef.

Took 100 var, 100 primo ace today.

Tomorrow I think I am gonna do a dedicated lower back day.
I’ve watched buddies (guys and girls) go next level when they employed a coach... they just went all in and did as was told and fucking blew into a whole other dimension... I will one day try that out... probably next year after I get these last couple surgeries out of the way... get it brother. You’ll do very well with your level of dedication
