I was running just the MK. Now that the lethargy from that’s wearing off I’m doubling the mk dose and throwing in 2iu of GH.

I can literally feel strength in your post... you’re fuggin crushing this and it’s coming through your words and I’ll be honest here... getting me all-revved up... I’m about to go smash another session at the sanctuary lol
Any coping techniques at the starving 24/7? I’ve upped my calories to ward off some of the sting... but defeating the purpose of what’s suppose to be a cut for me lol... I’m trying not to lean on phen type products. Due to my past I like to keep that stuff to a once a quarter type thing. Stays manageable that way.

For the starving non stop almonds are my go to. I eat a few here and a few there throughout the day. In total I eat about 2/3 cup all day. Besides that I chew a lot of gum. I’m glad I feel this way because it tells me I’m not over feeding but damn, I don’t know how I eat so much and still get hungry.
Today’s gonna be high volume legs so I’ll be dying to eat everything in sight tomorrow.

Been ten days or so but I’m still kickin it. Strength is through the roof outta nowhere. Not gonna question it, just gonna take it. Today I’m gonna be at 3100 cals. A little lower than I wanna be but I forgot my lactaid this morning for my shakes. Still feel like I’m starving to death all day. This blast has my body incinerating food!
Sitting at 200-201 and can’t seem to move the scale right now. I’m trying to get to 205 before we change things up a little and begin phasing into recomp to shred up a bit.
Micro dosing tren every day is a god send. I’ll never use tren any other way again.
Tonight I’m gonna go crush some back! My lats are growing nicely and I wanna keep it that way!
I’ll make sure to get back to more regular check ins here!
