3 hours of sleep today, 4 cups of coffee and off to Disney with the fam. No workout today.
Took a bit to wake up, but being half asleep while around so many people makes it easier for me to tolerate. Diet on point despite the temptations of food at Disney..
I like feeling in control of my eating that's for sure.
