Today was the opposite of yesterday. Didn't sleep well last night. I've been holding a lot of water for some reason and was up at least 5 times peeing. It would be hard to get back to sleep and I'd end up texting with my wife since she was working.
Ended up not lifting today. Will have to do the next 3 days in a row to get in shoulders, legs, and chest done.
Cardio was done today since I've just been doing all low intensity.
-
Training:
-no training today
Cardio x 1 hour and 30 minutes LISS
**so it seems a little excessive, amd originally all I did was 30 minutes this morning. My kids had martial arts this afternoon for an hour. It's really uncomfortable to sit inside so I just decided to go for a walk. Weather here is really nice so I ended up walking for an hour.

Diet:
Fasted for 17.5 hours today. Bumped up calories a bit too.

Slept till around 1130 this morning since I have to work tonight. Felt good after I got up. Training was good. Shoulders today. Incredible pump, but pretty painful at the same time. Had to hold my arms up while on the treadmill afterwards because they were burning so bad.
Had body fat checked on one of those scales. Those things are garbage lol. I've dropped about 10lbs in the last month, vascularity in my arms, abs starting to show, yet it says my BF is 23%. So according to the scale, I've lost muscle and gained fat in the last month.
-
Training:
-shoulders
**avoided any pressing movements. My right delt hurts and it's been hard to put my arms up in military press position.
-side lateral raises x 4 followed by 4 drop sets
-rear delts with dumbbells, bent over on bench x 4 with 3 drop sets
-front raises x 3
Cardio x 15 minutes post workout

Slept for 3.5hrs today. Got up and felt pretty shitty. Body with a generalized achiness. Drank a bunch of black coffee and walked my dog to wake up.
Putzed around for a bit until I got the energy to go work out.
Got to the gym and chugged a Rockstar.
Training:
Chest(I don't normally do chest so close to my shoulder workout, but I didn't have it in me to train legs today)
**I decided to do things a little different today with my chest workout. Again, I was feel really achy and a bit sluggish. The thought of starting my workout was with heavier compound movements really made me not want a work out at all.
I decided to do what I consider secondary exercises. Plus my right delt is hurting, don't know if it's from scar tissue buildup or what, but its a little painful when I have my arms on certain positions.
-machine flyes x 4 with 4 drop sets
-BW dips x 4
-incline DB press x 3
-Machine flat press x 4

NOTES:
Slept about 4 hours today. Pretty much my norm for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Tomorrow will be less since it's Disney day with the family. I'll get about 2 1/2 or 3 hours.
Despite the lack of sleep today, training went well. I trained legs. I have no problem admitting, I HATE training legs lol. I think it goes back to my 1st year of college, 24 years ago, when I 1st really started working out. A friend of mine would have us train legs till I felt like puking, then going back to my dorm room, would literally have trouble walking up the stairs, sometimes having to sit down and scoot myself up the stairs.
I've been doing IF for the about the last month. Decided to stop IF for awhile, maybe only throwing the occasional fasting day in once a week or so.*
Food cravings are really BAD tonight. I definitely struggle with food addiction. I'm not the type that can just go eat a cookie and be done. I've literally eaten 52 Oreo cookies in less than an hour, eaten 28 mini cinnamon rolls in one sitting. packs of cookie dough, containers of ice cream, etc...I will eat till I'm sick sometimes.*
It's a struggle.* When the cravings get bad, it's literally all I think about. I have this constant internal battle with myself. One side telling me to just eat whatever and I'll be good tomorrow, that I earned it, that I did enough cardio and lifting to make up for it, etc.. The other side of course is the rational side, knowing that it's my addiction talking. Unfortunately, I frequently give in and binge eat.* I'm doing my best right now as I type this, and I'm hoping I make it through the night.
AAS NOTES:
Everything is going great with the cycle.* I feel stronger for sure. I've heard that EQ gives you endurance and increases appetite. I don't know if it's in my head, but my endurance does seem better. My appetite is always up, so I haven't noticed and increase in that respect.
I've dropped about 10lbs since I started this.* I feel like I'm fuller and leaner as well. Vascularity is improving in my arms and I just feel like I look better. Lot more comments from people lately as well, so that is a definite sign something is working right.
Training:
LEGS
-Hack squats x 5
-Lunges x 4
-Leg press x 4
-Leg extension x 3
-Hamstring curls x 3
-Stiff legged Deadlifts x 3
Diet:
Protein 240
Carbs 188
Fats 82
Calories 2469

That I do. I could easily be 400 lbs if I let myself go and eat the way I actually want. My dad is pushing 375 and I take after him

Sunday 3/24
Disney, no training, just a lot of walking
Monday 3/25
Kids out for spring break, working out is going to be tricky but manageable. Today, only cardio. Had to get up, mow lawn, go to Costco, reorganize my pantry, get oil change, and going to have to clean my garage.
I took the opportunity to do my cardio while waiting for my oil to be changed.
Felts good today. Slept till about 815 this morning. Had a bout of GERD last night, gagging up stomach acid. Got up and had to take a tsp of baking soda.
AAS notes:
Still going good. No PIP, which is a nice change. I had a been using some homebrew NPP, MAST PROP, and TEST PROP, 100mg each per ml. Was almost debilitating at times if I didn't cut it with some filtered GSO.
ACE LABS Test and EQ have been pain free. I don't know if front loading made a difference, or if it is all in my head, but I do feel fuller and feel like I am more vascular. Very happy though with the product and how things are going. Really liking EQ as well.
Cardio: 42 min LISS
Diet: I'll hit my calories and my Macros. Day isn't over yet, so leaving this as is

Well, guess it was bound to happen at some point, as it seems it's all part of game we play ordering thses products, but looks as though I got scammed out of $150 and won't have my tren enanthate that I was expecting.
Anyway, today was going good up until I found that out lol. Drowning my self in some nutella sandwiches and whole milk. Calories probably not too fair over my daily maintenance, but when Im trying to lean up, not really the direction I want to go.
Had appointment with my surgeon today. Suggested putting off my nissen fundoplication surgery till next year and just trying to manage my symptoms with meds. Would likely have to be an open abdominal surgery if done now, but if I wait, may be able to do laproscopic. Too much scar tissue from previous 2 fundoplications.
Training:
Back
-1 arm DB rows x 4
-close grip Lat pull downs x 4
-seated wide grip rows x 4
-DB pull overs x 3
Diet:
No idea, stopped counting after my peanut butter sandwich, nutella sandwich, and milk
