Notes:
I have had to substitute protein shakes for meals due to my stomach issues. Portion size for food has dramatically decreased.

I work nights so my eating times are all out of whack 3 nights a week.

I only got 4 hours of sleep today and 4 hours of sleep yesterday. I'll only get about 3 hours of sleep tomorrow as well.
