Diet has been going well. Calories still down around 2200. Definitely hungry all the time but resisting the temptation to cheat, so far anyway.
Trained shoulders and triceps today. Decided to give giant sets a try. Really enjoyed the change of pace and the pump I got.
Right elbow seems to be a little inflamed. Was really feeling it today while training triceps. Stopped my Tricep workout a little early because of that.
Here's a pic from today post workout.

Nothing really new. Sore all over. Knees hurt, right elbow, left tricep, lower back, right rear delt. All pains I can train around though.
Did some triceps today, but went lighter and did giant sets with some drop sets as well. Once again the pump was ridiculous lol. Felt great.
Trained biceps as well, but kept the workout the same as what I have been doing, 1-2 warm up sets and 1 heavy set 4-6 reps per exercise. Usually 4 exercises total.
Sleep continues to be a problem. I work nights and think it'll always be a problem so long as I stay on that schedule.
I just read another article today about all the great health issues I'm at a higher risk of getting because of the constant sleep deprivation.
AAS notes:
Ace Labs gear continues to be smooth with no PIP. I've learned to avoid spot injections in my tris. That seems to be the one spot I do get a lot of irritation.
I think I've got a few weeks left of the EQ and test. Going to make the best of it for sure.

Diet on point. Keeping my calories 2100-2300. I do sometimes go just a tad over based on how much activity I do for the day. For example. I trained back yesterday, did a little cardio after, then mowed my lawn. My lawn is a workout by itself. For all of that, I ate about 150 calories over my goal.
Training is going great. Even with the little aches and pains I'm able to work around them. They aren't the types of aches and pains that are going to lead to further problems, just pushing things a little too hard. It's just a matter of adjusting my weights for certain exercises and making adjustments on hand positions or doing a different variation of a movement to bypass the pain.*
I don't know if it's EQ related as I've seen many people talk about anxiety with it. These last few days the anxiety I've been feeling has been ridiculous. That sick feeling in my stomach just won't go away.*
Besides the anxiety, I just have absolutely NO desire to have any interaction with people.* That's a problem considering I take care of patients in a hospital.* I'm usually pretty good at hiding my disdain for*people, but it's been hard today.
I've been trying to research CBD oil for anxiety and depression. Haven't really found a company that seems legit though. So many to choose from and I'm sure lots that aren't even dosed correctly

Mate, that's not a good way because it affects you negatively. Try to ignore the things you don't like and try to look for the good. I know it's hard sometimes or most times.
CBD oil - I don't know about this but there are some sites with lab testing.

Took a melatonin and prescribed Belsomra sleeping pill to get a good days sleep yesterday. Still tossed and turned a lot. Woke up feeling out of it. Went to the gym before work and did some cardio.
Going to only take melatonin today and sleep as long as I can.
No workout today unless I wake up and just can't get back to sleep.

End of the week notes.
Trained every body part this week, just didn't log it all. Training is going great. Feel great and things seem to be going well.
Sunday is the beginning of a new week, going to really focus on dialing in my diet and figuring out the lethargy I seem to be experiencing. Sunday is usually a day off from working out and spending the day at Disney. Kind of in the mood to train, so I'll see how I feel after I get home.
Got my biopsy results back and I have skin cancer again. This is the 4th time. I'll post a pic of the last time I had it. They had to cut so much out that I had to have plastic surgery to repair. This is a small spot on my nose, so hopefully it's not too much being cut out.
AAS:
Ace Labs gear is great so far. Without getting into details, and from a behind the scenes POV, Bones is top notch and an all around good guy.
Physique:
Getting some of the results I want, I'm just burdened with the shitty midsection man genetics. Hold fat on My love handles and lower abdomen. Always the 1st spot to gain and last to lose.
One of the biggest reasons I hate increasing calories is because of that.

Look up "RSO" Rick Simpson Oil and the Rick Simpson story. It will permanently fix that brother!

Updates:
Lethargy is still kicking my ass. I'm pretty sure I know the causes of it, but the causes are things I'm just going to have to deal with for awhile.
1st, I work nights. Been working nights for 4 years now. I'm still not used to it and don't believe that I ever will be. I sleep horribly during the day and when I get back to a normal sleep pattern, I toss and turn a lot during the night, wake up to pee every few hours, and am constantly hot lol.
I brought a Condom catheter home from work and have been contemplating using that lol. I usually lose 4-5lbs of water during the night from going to the bathroom. Example:last night, 209,wake up this morning and I'm 204.7. That was getting up every couple hours to pee.
As for my health, prostate is fine, heart, and kidneys are all good. I take chlorthalidone for high BP in the morning, but that shouldn't be affecting me 16+hours later.
2nd: gear. Yes, I feel like over the last year of getting back into the gear scene, I don't handle it like I did 10+ years ago. Ive noticed lethargy every time I've run something since I started up again last April.
Probably depends on the compound, it's toxicity, and dosage being used.

More updates:
Still working around the same aches and pains. Just my right elbow and shoulder.
Elbow I just have to go lighter weights and shoulders I can't do any military style press. Hard to even get into a front double bicep pose because of the way it feels.
I've never used GH before and wasn't sure if that would help with the injuries. I have some mk677, so maybe I will give that a shot.
AAS: no issues. PIP free and overall enjoying this cycle.
Trying to post a pic, but it keeps failing saying it's an adult image lol.
