300mg Hex and 500mg Sust

Intra WO 10g Leucine, 5g Creatine couple of bananas

Chest and Tris - 90 mins
Forgot phone so don't have log of exactly what I did

It's been 2 months so didn't want to go to crazy.. Stayed away from bench, hit cables from all angles and pec/deck for additional flys

Tris
Rope, V bar, dips, reverse Hammers

Nice and sore today so hit all the right spot.. Shoulder feels ok

Just pinesd Dbol-mtren 15 minutes ago so off for back session shortly

Diet on track 4k cals
