Been binging since yesterday.. I am so sick to my stomach right now.. I'll throw up a progress picture up in a few.. only lost 10 pounds since, January. I guess with all the shit that's going on in my life, I have been strong enough to keep my head straight and keep going. And hitting goals. Some mind fucks along the way like, the tears but, I need them fixed. I cant keep living like this.
