The lighting is frickin horrible. When I'm in the weight area I can see the shoulder striations. Biggest and leanest so far.

I can only imagine! I can see in the white wash. From personal frustrations with lighting myself I understand lol

But if you’re still shining through that white wash, good lawdy I already know what you’re working with... very impressive and as usual, motivates the shit out of me watching ones hard work paying off. Your roads not been easy, but you still friggin grind through it all. My hats off to you ;0)

I got chest and bis today. And cardio. I've really been struggling with cardio the past two weeks. I want to take a break but, in my mind I feel like I'll get fat.
