I upped my fats a little, 55g. I'll add more in come, thursday probably, I should be okay to add a few more calories by then.
DIET:
Calories: 1684
Carbs: 128g
Fats: 55g
Protein: 160g
I'm working on fasting as well. I got 11hrs in last night.
Cardio remains - 25 to 30 mins, as hard as I can tolerate it.
NO GEAR yet
Training, more bodybuilding style. A member and I on another board asked if I wanted to do 8 x 8 with him. So, I might switch over to 8 x 8 for a few weeks.
Weight as of yesterday 153lbs (Still, god, it wont budge)

I have lost mine due to 8 shoulder surgeries.
I'm trying to hang on to them but with no longer having full range of motion. They are slowing becoming no existant.
Keep pushing I guess. No excuses.
