Chest is sore as fuck.
I woke up at 20 to 5 this morning. I tried to ignore the hunger pains to continue my fast.. I last til 5am. Then said, fuck it, ate a banana. Took me another 40 mins to fall back asleep.
I have legs today.. I will bike for cardio. I pretty much have to day to myself. My little sister will take my son for most of the day. So, I'll probably be able to get in a decent nap lol.
