Partially dislocated my shoulder yesterday. Probably tore something even more. Rotator cuff hurts like a bitch. Doc said to keep it in a sling for a little. I'll contact my specialist Monday. Otherwise, I'm SOL and will work around it and deal with the pain.

It is all fiction.. I don't condone any of it in real life. I am not a professional or medical doctor just a figment of your imagination

Not big on following logs because they often frustrate me. Saw this was yours, German, and wanted to see post 1 to now.
Ugh! Distractions, setbacks and some unfortunate shit. Having been around the block a few times I could offer a few pieces of advice but...I think I just want to give you my support in spirit and hope for the best for you.
On your shoulder...look around for some of Branch Warren’s interviews about his quad tear and how he trained the other leg and kept symmetry. Even won the Arnold six months later.
Hope you can make the LV roundup in January. That is if Sachie is still pushing it. I’ll be sharing a whole lot more in person that I will on the internet. Had my share of trials too but managed to keep my head up. You do the same. It seems to work itself out and then the hindsight builds wisdom.
Hugs!

Update:
I'll be in a sling for 2 more weeks. It's a little hard to comitt to that thing. I've just been trying not to use my shoulder as much.
I did do back and tris yesterday. Very, very light. Lots of TUT. And lots of cardio. Dialed the calories back a tiny bit

Not using your slinged shoulder is impossible. I am bad about shit like this anyway.
I had bi-lateral carpal tunnel release and 3 days later I was out building planter boxes with bandaged hands. I re-broke my snapped pelvis because I wouldn’t sit still in the wheelchair.
Consciously be aware of what you are doing and not supposed to be doing.
As my father always said to me “Do as I say, not as I do.”
