How's the shoulder? I've been following intently, not a creeper for the record! When you say "train cake" the fat kid in me has all sorts of ideas of what this looks/tastes like and I need to know. Shoulder is okay.

That fuckin cake was a cake from fuckin hell. It broke on me. Icing did not want to stick to it. I pretty much got so anxious at the end of it, I had to smoke and EAt a edible. It was awful. I'll post a picture. Even though, I'm embarrassed about it.

Alrighty.. finally got a surgery booked for Sept 13th.

I am adding npp in right now. Low dose. 30mg/wk. My joints are getting bad.

Probably couldnt notice because my hair is always up. It's a lot shorter from last year.
