yeah, i know about the pumps... i just took some time off and swapped labs so, this is the first real workout on BT var, so, i am happy.
i've been riding var since september, at least.
i take all my var preworkout, no sense in, splitting the dose. in my opinion, i don't see the purpose of, spiking my levels up, as they come back down and go back up. sounds like a roller coaster. i do my best to time everything around the same time, everyday. just to have that consistency. always take it with coffee.

i had xrays/ultrasound done today.
i got another appointment in a hour for my son
i should be doing legs/shoulders today with cardio.
i'll do my best to be back later on. just depends how busy i get. i also see my guy today as well. just a busy day.

I might just go do cardio and legs, so squats, and leg press, maybe. and tomorrow do shoulders. i just got word my little sister is taking my son for the day so, i'll have the entire day pretty much, to myself.
