Yesterday, I just did some negatives and then a set of speed. Last time I did deads, 315 for 2 sets of 6, I think. I gotta start writing my shit down again. I'd have to ask my guy, he probably remembers... I want to pull 405 for 1 by xmas. My over all goal this year. I'll start working on that in the summer. I should be able to get it or close to it. Once I get some injuries checked, I'm working with someone to help hit the goal
