Yesterday, I just did some negatives and then a set of speed. Last time I did deads, 315 for 2 sets of 6, I think. I gotta start writing my shit down again. I'd have to ask my guy, he probably remembers... I want to pull 405 for 1 by xmas. My over all goal this year. I'll start working on that in the summer. I should be able to get it or close to it. Once I get some injuries checked, I'm working with someone to help hit the goal

Bro ,I feel the same way. If I saw a woman come into the gym and slap 405 on the bar and rip it I would definetly have to up my game... No I probably would bend over at the waste and run my head into the wall. Most definetly would. I don’t know where these woman are training but they are not at my gym. German & Princess.. Rack pulls Rack pulls Rack pulls from the shin is a sure fire way to get your deadlift to jump quickly even on a cut..

Thanks brother. I used to regularly do them but with the back pumps from hell I havent been deadlifting or rack pulling. My energy is low atm. But i should try to get something going again. Mainly focusing on my bench right now.

First I have to comment on my Homie Big Perk.. A Dog shitting a peach pit... WTF. Were do you come up with this shit..HAHAHAHA. I don’t know how it is in the jungle amongst female lionesses, but in the Testosterone filled world of who wants to be a BIG Dog, you are only as big as your Bench. I was telling Perk the other day that in order to grow your bench you have to train it at all different levels. Top half of the movement , bottom and middle. Also your lats and tri’s take most of the work. Back In day when I was borderline Psychotic.. I use to train in a prower rack. I set the safety’s at all different hights and trained that way. I would put alot of weight on the bar set the Saftey six inches down from the top and pound out a set of 20. The bar is only moving 6” but you are training it in the top end. Great for tri growth and strenght. Dead stops in the rack. Set the safety’s half way. Load the bar up lay it on the safteys and press up. Don’t worry about holding the negative just let it come down fast and stop. Relax you lasts and delts and press again.. by relaxing your body and engaging all those muscles all over again you are gonna be activationg your whole shit. Believe me this is not for the faint hearted. Straps are all good for dead’s and pull downs. recently in my old age of 41 ish and a 1/2 did I start using straps. And I only use them on Pull ups. It takes the pressure off my forearms alot... For me @ 260 pounds I need all the help I can get. But shit when I am getting sets of 20 it’s all good. Anyway Gymprincess, I am way of on a ore workout fuled high. back to deadlifting.. back pumps do suck. I can remember doing a set and having to lay flat on the gym floor like a freak to get them to go away. When I eat a lot of anavar, which I am about to start doing again In The next few weeks along with some good ol winny tabs they will be back. The only way to get rid of them is to muscle thru them.. grind it out and cry later.. Beside Gym princess from the looks of your Avi, you’ve done plenty of dead’s in your life. I am sure I am not telling you anything you don’t know.

Lol right....and they aint dropping it either ...swear i was doing my deads couple weeks ago...and hell im good with 220. Course i dont let go...and reppin out...this chick was rippin sets with 315 ...not letting go and no fucking straps lol wtf....some bad bitches lol...pardon the language girls...i only go heavy with bench anymore...last time i pulled 405 ...looked like a dog. Shittin a peachpit...#legs shaking. Etc lol

That's solid. I need to get back into deads and see where I am at. Squats too. The damn rack is always occupied and I am limited on time. I cant wait 30 min for it. I am wanting my 225 for a triple and 250 max. I hope it happens. For deads and squats I would be happy with 350.

Since you're cutting. I wouldnt be too worried about numbers right now. Just get your pump and cardio in. Once you hit your cut goal, then work back up to numbers

It's not my main concern but I have been lucky enough to always add to my numbers even while cutting. However legs might be an issue due to the spin classes. Those leaves my legs like jello. I remember even squatting 135 after those I was shaking. I was like wtf is happening.
