You and me both.
I have lost mine due to 8 shoulder surgeries.

I'm trying to hang on to them but with no longer having full range of motion. They are slowing becoming no existant.


Keep pushing I guess. No excuses.

I started reading this log from page 1 last night and just finished today. You're inspiring AF! The pics from start to now are a big difference, your making fantastic progress. I'm jealous of your caps lol, been hitting my shoulders eod with crazy volume the past month finally seeing a difference. Were you using a specific program or app that was giving you that Macro pie chart/ breakdown? Your knowledge had me re-tweak my diet which makes sense why I'm hitting a wall. Sorry I'm rambling lol

I use myfitnesspal to track my macros.

Workouts, just do whatever. Except for right now. As I am doing 8x8

So. I'm either sick or have some really shitty allergies. Cardio was a little rough but, I got it done and, I think that's all that matters at the moment.

My son is sick as well. I was up at 330/4 with him. He kept waking up and crying saying he had bad dreams but, I think his stomach was bugging. Eventually I got him to take some medicine, drank a little than... puked all over the blanket. ::eye roll:: so it was a fun night. He puked one more time this morning. He seems okay now.

First offical 8x8 workout this morning. Chest/tris. Finished in 35mins. Chest was a little difficult to gauge but, now I kinda know for next time.

Hopefully a hot shower helps clear my nose out.

My breathing is getting worse. I see my family doctor tomorrow for follow up on kidneys and ovaries. I'm gonna get him to give me a script for this I think. I cant do it any more.

Nothing else new. Just my ears are being weird. And my son isnt throwing up so. Good!
