Tonight’s workout out started off with warming up on a row machine for 10 minutes at heavy capacity going about 2500 meter. After that I did a warm up set with bench with 145, then going in to a series of 4 sets 10 reps. I started at 185 for 10, 205 for 10 215 for 10, then 225 for 6 failing on the seventh. After that I switched to incline with another 4 sets starting with 135 for 10, 155 for 10, 155 for 10 and 165 for 9 not able to get the last one locked out. Then I went to the dip station. Keep in mind I’m 280 and not the best with body weight but I did 3 sets of 10 taking off 50 in weight for the first two sets the 40 for last one. I finished up with a quick burnout set of pushups which I ended on 23. After this I switched to triceps starting with pull downs 4 sets of 10. Single arm pull downs 3 sets of 20 with a low weight of 30, skull crushers with the 50 for each set 4 sets of 10. To finish up I did a 6 minute fat burner doing plank for 30seconds bicycle kicks for 30 seconds crunches for 30 seconds mountain climbers for 30 seconds I took a minutes break and went back into it for another set and that’s how I finished up my night

I’ve been running Dbol for 3 weeks and have been running test E at 200 but now that I have my stuff right I front loaded this week 250 on Monday 250 on Thursday

I do have an ai but haven’t been taking it yet

Diet I’m eating no sugars no sodas none of that shit I’m eating 5 meals 2 being protein shakes and drinking about a gallon and a half to two gallons a day I’m eating salmon chicken turkey or lean ground beef or steak for dinner I had 6 oz of a turkey loin a cup and a half of jasmine rice and a cup of broccoli for dinner just to give you an idea

Not new to pinning just new to doing it myself I’m an ex college athlete.
