Morning boys.
I will be continuing my journey across borders now. BT was kind enough to give me this opportunity. So, back at it boys. You know the drill.
I might not be as active as I was in the past. I will do my best just, a lot of life things going on so, checking in sometimes might be a little difficult.
I'm still in a cutting phase. I don't know if it's working but, I'm told I am dropping bodyfat, who knows?
Cardio 5 to 6 x a week at the moment just upped it up to 25 min sessions. Macros, about 1730 to 1750. And roughly on the same split until I see a doctor about my knee and shoulder... which might be a few months. weighing between 165lbs and 170lbs.
Currently using 10mg of BT Var. I will be dropping down to 5mg in a few weeks. Lets see if I can maintain my size while, dropping bodyfat.
and, of course, starting point picture. taken last week. haven't had a chance to really take a picture this week.

Deadlifts sucked last night. The little boys at the gym took the regular bar so, I was stuck with the super duper stiff bar. I hate squating and deadlifting with that bar. So. Didnt hit my goal. Ended up working with reps.

Today.. chest and cardio

I still cant stomach the sound of beef and eggs haha. Actually I havent been able to eats eggs for awhile now.

You will get it next time! I missed my lift yesterday too. Really wanting that triple of 225 on bench. Got stuck midway on the third rep.
What are working for on deads? I havent deadlift- in forever. I need to come back to those. But you know that back pump
