Did 5 sets shoulder press
5 sets upright rows
5 sets shruggs
5 sets tricep pushdown cable
5 sets dumbell lateral
30 min treadmill.

30 mg cialis
1 scoop preworkout
1 scoop bcaa
20 min treadmill
6 sets deads
5 sets closegrip pulldowns
5 sets seated rows wide grip
5 sets wide grip pulldowns
4 sets abb crunch.
Today will be a total of 800 tren for the week.
Having trouble breathing really bad...woke last night little pannic attack aprox 230 am
Sleep all fucked up sweats feel like flu sleep in and out....shit getting wild feel like scatterbrain at times...but then at times feel really cool and calm...no jealousy..no anger...short fuse and irritable easy from time to time...but so far so good leani g out and seeing veins and striations while muscle bellies staying full...apetite starting to pick up..but feeling really lathargic and uninterested in everyday activities..just want gym sex food sleep...lol
